Cultivating a Diverse Pipeline of Talent
Summer Internship Program
At Consilio, our Summer Internship Program offers law students and undergraduates an inclusive and practical learning environment. In 2023, women and persons of color made up a significant portion of our interns, demonstrating our commitment to fostering diversity and building a talent pipeline that reflects the diversity of our community.
Consilio Sales Associate Program
The CSAP is designed to address the industry’s need for a diverse sales team that mirrors the diversity of our clients and communities. By recruiting and training early-career sales talent from diverse backgrounds, we are committed to enhancing the representation of women and people of color in our sales organization.
Consilio Leader Labs
This program emphasizes the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion by offering sessions like the DEI Workshop for leaders. With high participation and an exceptional Net Promotor Score, it reflects our dedication to understanding and embracing generational diversity to foster an empathetic and inclusive workplace.
Project Management Apprentice Program
Aimed at developing qualified project managers, this program highlights our commitment to diversity by ensuring a significant percentage of participants are women and persons of color, thereby contributing to a more inclusive project management team.
Boost
Boost focuses on manager development with DEI as a core topic, offering courses in inclusive leadership and cross-cultural communication. The program’s aim is to equip managers with the skills needed to lead with empathy and inclusivity, reinforcing our commitment to a diverse leadership team.
Consilio Leadership Academy (CLA)
The CLA prepares a diverse cohort of high-potential leaders for future executive positions, emphasizing the importance of diversity in leadership. With over half of the participants being diverse in terms of gender or race/ethnicity, the program is a testament to our dedication to enhancing the diversity of our senior leadership ranks.
